Harristown fire on 8/22/09. E3, Tower 1, Batt 1 and 312 were called on 2nd alarm. Thanks to Chief Nixon for photos. ....Local 505 members built a firehouse style playhouse earlier this year. The playhouse was one of two raffled off after being displayed at Hickory Point Mall to raise money for Macon County CASA, (Court Appointed Special Advocates). The event raised more money than ever this year. Local 505 members, wives, and even a retiree showed up to complete the project and support the program. Pictures from Todd McKenzie.
